In several social and cultural programs, projects and activities aimed at the humanitarian and cultural development of the community, already implemented or still ongoing in Italy, Russia, CIS countries, Japan and Great Britain, she was the project designer and promoter and/or the project director and/or the coordinator and/or the participant and/or a consultant and expert on international issues. Thanks to the additional education received at educational institutions and training centers in Great Britain, Russia and the United States of America, she has achieved a high level of qualifications in terms of knowledge and skills in public relations, public service sectors, political PR, management of newspapers, organization and management of information activities. In this role, among the many commitments, she has managed the information and analytical structures that work with information, security and media technologies. In 2005, she was invited to collaborate with the Press Office of the Presidential Campaign and, once the elections were held, she was appointed as adviser and assistant to the President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan for international, institutional and media relations, employed in the Bureau and configured in the governing bodies of the state structure.
Soon she is promoted to the role of editor and special correspondentf. Her journalistic career began in Kyrgyzstan’s most prestigious newspaper, “ Bishkek Evening” as proofreader.
